CBKLtd realise that bookkeeping/accountancy has moved forward with the availability of user friendly accounting software and cloud systems.  It is our view, that companies can take control of raising Sales invoice’s in house, eliminating any duplication in re-creating sales information on your behalf.  Our services are created to compliment and add value to the tasks you are able to complete confidently.

Ad-hoc – pay as you go

CBKLtd – Virtual Accountancy Support for companies that only require flexible support (quarterly; year end checks; errors and omissions)

£30 per hour – 3 hours booked in advance to receive a 10% discount

Regular monthly accounting services – £25 per hour

when it is possible to use our Junior staff the rate is reduced – we never use staff that are not qualified to complete senior level accountancy (bank reconciles, journals etc).  Junior staff work remotely only

Payroll – up to 2 x  directors

Statement of Profit or loss

Statement of Financial Position (balance sheet)

Add-on – Monthly Services

Raise customer invoices – from £15

Allocate Customer Receipts – £20

Current Account Reconciliation – (5 to 8 pages) – £20

Credit Card Entry and Reconciliation (2 pages) – £25

Payroll additional staff –  £5 per payslip issued

VAT Return declaration – £25 (include print outs)

Accruals and Prepayments journals – £15
