"Whilst the bank tagging is a brilliant feature it is not a full bank reconciliation and can lead to confusion which items agree to the bank. Whilst bank tagging to suppliers you do not have the option to enter invoice date against supplier invoice's which may effect your VAT on accrual basis, no problem for cash accounting VAT though!
I really like quickfile and believe it has great features to support companies where their accounts are managed highly through the bank items."
CBK Ltd have spent the last few months looking through and trying out the online systems. I have been impressed with the free systems Quickfile and Mybrightbook both having impressive upload features and updates continually happening. They both however are suitable to a level of company and I have tried to give an overview below. I was impressed with the Sage One which I have ignored until now, whilst it takes a little time adjusting for the Sage user it does have very good user friendly features and I do feel it is worth the £10 a month.
